Cajun Salmon


- 4 salmon fillets

- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Lemon wedges for serving

- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together Cajun seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush the Cajun seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, covering them completely.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

  7. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
