The seasoning blends are produced in the Kensington section of Philadelphia, in a certified commercial kitchen. The commercial kitchen is kitchen ALT which is located at 3401 I St, Philadelphia, PA 19134.

All our seasoning blends are made with all natural ingredients: NO artificial dyes, NO artificial flavors, NO chemical preservatives, NO GMOs, and NO MSG.

​Absolutely! All of our seasonings are applicable to any diet, but even more specifically yes they are vegan friendly (they DO NOT contain any ingredients or materials made from animals, or animal products).

​Are seasoning blends are made from all natural fresh ingredients. Some spices and herbs are locally grown and harvested, while others are imported from all over the of the world. The blends are then blended and created in small batches using the ingredients described above. For more details on the ingredients found in a specific blend, please find the item in the 'SHOP' tab, and click on it to view this information.

​Yes! We currently offer all our customers the option to request a FREE sample of ONE (1) of the following blends: cajun, garlic & herb, savory sazón, or creole tang. In order to fulfill this request please click on the ‘shop’ tab. Proceed by clicking on the item "seasoning blend sample", add the blend you wish to sample to your cart, then during checkout use the promo code ‘SAMPLE’. If you do not follow the instructions above you will be charged for your free sample.

We accept the following forms of payment:

• PayPal/Afterpay

• Cash App/Venmo

• Cash (this option is only available at our pop-up vending experiences)

Once an order is placed and payment is secured, you will receive an order confirmation email. On average, it takes 10-15 minutes for the email to reach your inbox. If you have not received it after this time frame, please double check your junk mail/ or spam mail. Unfortunately we do not offer the option for customers to pick-up their seasonings. Our shipping cost are directly influenced by a rate system provided by USPS. In the event that we do have a pop-up shop vending experience, all customers are welcome to come purchase our products then. Please make sure you subscribe to our mailing list so you can be notified about our exclusive offers promotions, and events.

​Once you place an order with us you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and sent out to USPS for shipping, you will receive another email which will include a tracking number.

Unfortunately, no we do not accept payment in the form of Apple Pay, but we are happy to accept payments using Cash App. In order to utilize Cash App as a payment method, please add items to your cart, and at checkout please select "manual payment" as your payment method. To finalize your order, please submit your payment in the full amount (total cost, including any shipping fees) to our Cash App account: $itsseasonedllc (please make sure to include your order number when submitting payment. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not submit payment, your order will NOT be processed.
