SALES ARE FINAL. Our team works efficiently and diligently to ensure that all orders are fulfilled correctly.  In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly, or if you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 48 hours, and we will try our best to assist you.  Please keep in mind that we solve these situations on a case-by-case basis, and resolution is at our discretion.

Promotional Codes/Discounts

Please read the fine print when using a promotional code, as items purchased using a code are often only applicable to specific item(s). Codes are applied before the cost of shipping and handling. They may not be applied to previous purchases, or shipping fees. Often times, exclusions may apply, so please reference the fine print.
