Garlic & Herb Mash Potatoes


  • 2 lbs red potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon of garlic & herb seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped


  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and return to the pot.

  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Mash the potatoes with the garlic butter mixture, sour cream, and milk until smooth and creamy.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Stir in chopped chives before serving.
