Grilled Corn on the Cob with Butter and Garlic & Herb Seasoning

Ingredients:

- 4 ears of fresh corn on the cob, husks removed

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

- 2 teaspoons garlic & herb seasoning

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F or 190-200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter and garlic & herb seasoning until well combined.

  3. Spread the seasoned butter evenly over each ear of corn, coating them generously.

  4. Season the corn with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Place the prepared corn directly on the grill grates.

  6. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and charred in spots.

  7. Carefully remove the grilled corn from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter.

  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
