Ingredients:
1 lb fresh string beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tablespoon of garlic & herb seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, toss string beans with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic & herb seasoning blend, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Spread the seasoned string beans evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the string beans are tender and slightly browned, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and transfer the roasted string beans to a serving dish.
Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
