Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh string beans, trimmed

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 tablespoon of garlic & herb seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss string beans with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic & herb seasoning blend, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Spread the seasoned string beans evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the string beans are tender and slightly browned, stirring halfway through.

  5. Remove from the oven and transfer the roasted string beans to a serving dish.

  6. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.


These garlic & herb green beans will be crispy, flavorful, and perfect as a side dish or snack. Enjoy!
