Sautéed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

- 1 lb bella mushrooms, cleaned and sliced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1 tablespoon Epis Lakay seasoning base

- 1/2 tablespoon of garlic & herb seasoning

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add Epis Lakay and chopped onion to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add the sliced bella mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender and golden brown.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to preference.

  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend together.

  6. Remove from heat and transfer the sautéed mushrooms to a serving dish.

  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

  8. Serve hot as a side dish or as a topping for pasta, rice, or salads.
