Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Homemade Tortilla Chips

Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, divided (3/4 cup for the mix, 1/4 cup for topping)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 - 3/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 1/2 - 2 tbsp It's Seasoned Garlic & Herb (start at 1 1/2 tbsp, add more to taste)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a small (1-1.5 quart) baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 3/4 cup parmesan, mozzarella, and Garlic & Herb until smooth.
Gently fold in the artichoke hearts and spinach.
Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup parmesan on top.
Bake 20-25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
Let sit 5 minutes before serving.

Homemade Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
12 corn tortillas (5-6 inch, yellow or white)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lime juice (optional, but recommended)
1 - 1 1/2 tsp It's Seasoned Garlic & Herb (in place of plain salt)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and Garlic & Herb seasoning in a small bowl.
Brush the mixture over both sides of each tortilla using a pastry brush.
Cut each tortilla into 4 or 6 triangles using a knife or pizza cutter.
Arrange chips in a single layer on two large baking sheets, slight overlap is fine.
Bake 12-14 minutes on a light baking sheet, or 8-11 minutes on a dark baking sheet, until crisp and golden.
Cool slightly before serving alongside the warm dip.
