These smoky, citrus-marinated achiote chicken tacos with It's Seasoned Creole Tang Seasoning Blend bring bold, charred flavor straight to your table! The chicken soaks up a vibrant blend of achiote, lime, and warm spices, then gets a quick sear or bake for that perfect golden edge. Whether you're firing up a weeknight dinner or hosting a taco night with friends, this dish delivers big flavor with minimal effort.

Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs or breasts (cut into strips)
2 tablespoons achiote paste
Juice of 2 limes
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon Mexican oregano
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil or neutral oil
1 teaspoon Creole Tang Seasoning Blend

Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together the achiote paste, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, oregano, oil, salt, and Creole Tang / Savory Sazón Seasoning Blend until smooth and well combined. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 15 to 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper, richer flavor.
Prep for Cooking: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), or heat a skillet over medium-high heat, depending on your preferred cooking method.
Oven Method: Spread the marinated chicken in a single layer on a lined baking sheet. Bake until cooked through and lightly charred at the edges, about 20 minutes.
Skillet Method: Cook the chicken in batches, about 5 to 7 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked through.
Assemble and Serve: Warm your corn tortillas, fill with the achiote chicken, and garnish as desired with cilantro, diced onions, a squeeze of lime, and your favorite salsa.

These achiote chicken tacos are smoky, zesty, and packed with vibrant flavor in every bite. Perfect for taco Tuesdays, casual gatherings, or anytime you're craving something bold and delicious. Enjoy!
