Garlic & Herb Corn on the Cob

Sweet corn meets bold flavor in this grilled masterpiece, elevated with It's Seasoned Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend! Buttery, herb-kissed kernels hit the grill until they're smoky, tender, and lightly charred in all the right spots. A sprinkle of fresh parsley finishes things off with a pop of color and freshness. Ingredients  

  • 4 ears of fresh corn on the cob, husks removed  

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened  

  • 2 teaspoons garlic & herb seasoning  

  • Salt and pepper to taste  

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)  

Directions  

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F or 190-200°C).  

  • In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter and garlic & herb seasoning until well combined.  

  • Spread the seasoned butter evenly over each ear of corn, coating them generously.  

  • Season the corn with salt and pepper to taste.  

  • Place the prepared corn directly on the grill grates.  

  • Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and charred in spots.  

  • Carefully remove the grilled corn from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter.  

  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
